A Kick-off Meeting of the project "Fusion Materials" was held on 24 September 2010 at Sanjo Kaikan, The University of Tokyo. In the meeting, Professor Takashi Kato (The University of Tokyo, Project Leader) explained the outline of this project. Moreover, Professor Kunihito Koumoto (Nagoya University) and Professor Hiromichi Nagasawa (The University of Tokyo) provided special lectures. About 100 attendees participated in the Meeting.
